7th May 2021 - I have employed Families Care for the last 12 months to provide care for my dad who is 93 and has Alzheimer's. They have been excellent both dad and I have appreciated their kindness, thoughtfulness and reliability.  High standards and professionalism was evident at all times. Dad looked forward to their visits, the friendly conversation and attention to his needs made both him and me feel safe. He was always treated with kindness and dignity. The manager is very flexible in meeting your needs which is so important as situations can change rapidly. I highly recommend both the manager and her staff.  submitted by Janet B-S. 20/05/2021 - Because Families Care provide a fantastic service, they are adaptable and will provide extra care for me even at short notice. All the staff behave in a professional manner and give me personal care in a caring and respectful way. As well as providing me with personal care, they also offer to do other helpful tasks which makes life easier. The staff chat whilst they provide my care which makes their visits enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend their services to anyone.

25/05/2021 - Families care helped me care for my nan when she needed palliative care. I honestly don't think I could of done it without them. They were amazing offering so much support and comfort in such in a difficult time, nothing was to much for them I would highly recommend them they are a wonderful team. From Steven Tatton

10/11/2021 - "Paula and her team cared for Mum in the last few days of her life when we recognised that we needed professional support. In addition to the level of care Mum received in terms of personal comfort, reassurance and palliative care, their commitment extended to giving valuable support to ourselves at a time which was both stressful and emotional, helping to sustain us during a difficult period. We will always be grateful to them for the kindness, respect and dignity with which they treated Mum and their support was invaluable in helping to ensure that Mum remained in her own home."
